This home was
gutted down to the studs. This home was
transformed with new windows, flooring, plumbing,
HVAC, siding and roofing. We created an open
concept living space by replacing a full wall with a
half wall between the kitchen and living room.
We then gave these rooms some height by converting
the former flat ceiling to a cathedral ceiling. The
basement was resealed to protect the investment of
this newly renovated home. We added a wrap-around
deck creating an outdoor living
space. New
landscaping was installed giving this once dilapidated
home some much needed curb appeal.

to the studs from roof to basement. We added a
master bath and extra closet space to this large
master bedroom. The new pantry and granite
counter with breakfast bar make this eat-in kitchen

refinished all the original hardwood floors and
replaced the heating system including duct work, central air, roof, electrical, appliances, flooring, paint, lighting fixtures, plumbing, and more!
